ABOUT TOURNAMENT
The Tournament is different from other contests and competitions — each finalist is assigned a mentor from among renowned chefs to work out the details of the dish and give them tips on how to make the dish for the final as winning as possible.
To participate, you need to to submit an application with the presentation of a prepared set of three dishes (appetiser, main dish, dessert) using at least one local product that embodies the culture of the country represented. At the finals it is necessary to prepare the dish and present it to the international jury.
On the same day, each finalist, together with a team of chefs from Kazan restaurants, will prepare their dishes for the guests of the Forum to taste.

There are no losers in the Tournament, everyone gets a nomination, and the finalist who gets the maximum number of points from the jury wins the grand prize.
