The International Tournament of Young Chefs of Islamic Countries is an opportunity for young talents to present themselves and get an invaluable experience of international cooperation with renowned and reputable chefs.

ABOUT TOURNAMENT
The Tournament is different from other contests and competitions - each finalist is assigned a mentor of among renowned chefs to work out the details of the dish, giving them tips on how to make the dish for the final as winning as possible.

To participate, you are required to submit an application with the presentation of a prepared set of three dishes (appetiser, hot dish, dessert) using at least one local product that embodies the culture of the represented country. At the finals it is necessary to prepare the dish and present it to the international jury.

On the same day, each finalist, together with a team of chefs from Kazan restaurants, will prepare their dishes for the Forum guests to taste.

There are no losers in the Tournament, everyone gets a nomination, and the finalist who gets the maximum number of characteristics from the jury gets the grand prize.
